Very soon after she was picked to be McCain’s running mate, Sarah Palin was attacked by Obama campaign spokesmen and a Democratic member of Congress for once being seen wearing a Pat Buchanan button. She had an answer and the campaign offered it. Yet now we are asked to believe that it’s somehow inappropriate to inquire why Barack Obama’s political career began in the home of an admitted and unrepentant domestic terrorist of the radical left? “Who is Barack Obama?” is not an irrelevant question given the job Obama is seeking, and it’s a question he has sought mightily to avoid answering. The veil of secrecy he has thrown over his past (journalists have been denied access to his state legislative office records, documents about state earmarks he distributed in Illinois, a list of his legal clients, his state bar application, billing records related to Tony Rezko, medical records, academic records — all of which are the sort of documents candidates routinely make public) forces the question all the more. ...Please read more...

Obama has a huge racial chip on his shoulder. Since he is black, no one should ever question anything about his associates, his actions, or his past. We are not ready for a president who thinks he is "owed" a presidency, who hides his birth record, his school record, his senior thesis, and his real agenda.
I'm sorry but let's get the facts straight instead of repeating Hannity talking points. Obama was 8 years old when the Weathermen existed. Ayers was not convicted of any crime but was in the group. Obama served on the Annenberg charitable board for a short time with MANY Conservative Republicans and Ayers. The Annenberg Foundation that they served on has worked with the likes of the Reagen Foundation. Ayers did host a small fundraising event in Obama's early career, but you make it sound like Ayers kicked off his career - not true. Obama HAS called Ayers acts "despicable" after learning of the history of the Weathermen and has had no contact with him for a long time.
McCain has lots of history of bad associations too. The AP reported that in the 1980's McCain served on the advisory board of the Council For Freedom. They have had vocal anti-semites in the group and nazi sympathizers. They also aided the Nicaraguan Contras (right wing death squads) in the Nicaraguan blood bath that took place.
Every politician has run into sleazy people from time to time. McCain has been in the Senate for 26 years and has had many brief associations with people of questionable character. Not to mention his role on the Keating 5 scandal where he sat by and did and said nothing to stop Charles Keating but knew what was happening. So let's stop the BS. Or maybe you can't, and you don't care about facts. That is why most people know that these associations are a distraction for the thinking voters.
Anonymous is just repeating the Obama line. Do you expect me to believe that he didn't KNOW that Ayers had been a terrorist? He had his coming put party in his home and nobody in Chicago warned him about it? That's like asking me to believe that Obama sat for 20 years in Rev. Wright's church and had no idea the guy said bad things about our country! Oh, wait, but he's already asked us to believe that. To paraphrase the Messiah himself. "You must think we're stupid".
