"Nobel Piece of S..." award for whatever, if something, he could achieve in the future!

If you're wondering how this could have come about, "The One" knew and possibly lobbied this left leaning group:
"Unlike the other Nobel Prizes, which are awarded by Swedish institutions, the peace prize is given out by a five-member committee elected by the Norwegian Parliament. Like the Parliament, the committee has a leftist slant, with three members elected by left-of-center parties. Jagland said the decision to honor Obama was unanimous."

It's no wonder that Obama decided NOT  to speak about Iran's latest nuclear threat as part of his speech at the United Nations! That speech was part of central casting for this prize.
That's why HE put General McChrystal on hold to delay his decision on Afghanistan! All puzzle pieces are now in place.

Malkin has it right: "From community organizer to Illinois state senator (present!) to U.S. Senator for 143 days before moving into the White House…and now, the recipient of a Nobel Peace Prize — not for anything he’s actually done, but for the symbolism of what he might possibly accomplish sometime way off in the future:"
"It’s the final nail in the Nobel Peace Prize Committee’s coffin.
A Chinese dissident and an Afghan women’s rights activist lost out to this:"
"The World Apology Tour yields dividends."

Erik Erickson at RedState: "He’s Becoming Jimmy Carter Faster Than Jimmy Carter Did."

Yahoo News: "Nobel observers were shocked by the unexpected choice so early in the Obama presidency"

""So soon? Too early. He has no contribution so far. He is still at an early stage. He is only beginning to act," said former Polish President Lech Walesa, a 1983 Nobel Peace laureate."
"Until seconds before the award, speculation had focused on a wide variety of candidates besides Obama: Zimbabwe's Prime Minister Morgan Tsvangirai, a Colombian senator, a Chinese dissident and an Afghan woman's rights activist, among others. The Nobel committee received a record 205 nominations for this year's prize, though it was not immediately apparent who nominated Obama."

At Hot Air: "Many of us assumed that the mainstream media outlets would cheer Barack Obama’s Nobel Peace Prize award today, but as Byron York notices, they seem as stunned as everyone else — and also as skeptical. For instance, the Washington Post reminds readers that two other sitting American Presidents have won the Nobel, but only in their second terms, and only after they’d, er, actually achieved something:"

Reuters: "The bestowal of one of the world's top accolades on a president less than nine months in office, who has yet to score a major foreign policy success, was greeted with gasps of astonishment from journalists at the announcement in Oslo.
Critics -- some in parts of the Arab and Muslim world -- called the committee decision premature.
Issam al-Khazraji, a day laborer in Baghdad, said of Obama: "He doesn't deserve this prize. All these problems -- Iraq, Afghanistan -- have not been solved . . . man of 'change' hasn't changed anything yet."
Liaqat Baluch, a senior leader of the Jamaat-e-Islami, a conservative religious party in Pakistan, called the award an embarrassing "joke".
The prize worth 10 million Swedish crowns ($1.4 million) will be handed out in Oslo on December 10.

This award is the biggest joke of the year!
