Unfortunately, with all the huge discounts and free book offers, the results may be somewhat tainted.
How people actually paid full price, and lets not count the conservative sites that may have bought the book and then offered it either for free or at a huge discount to their readers.
I meant to say how "many" people paid full price, or just got a modest discount.
In terms of best seller lists, the sales that matter the most are the ones where people buy them in bookstores or directly online and don't participate in some other conjoined offered.
