Tulsa retailer: "We've already got people asking to camp out," for Palin's new book

Sarah Palin's new book is stoking talk of a possible 2012 presidential run. But whether the ex-Alaska governor joins the GOP field, retailers are getting ready for campaign-like events with Palin that take planning -- and patience.

Palin's second book, America by Heart: Reflections on Family, Faith, and Flag, is available today. USA TODAY's Susan Page writes about the book and the swipe Palin takes at President Obama and his wife, Michelle.

In Tulsa, Mardel Christian & Education is getting ready for people bypassing the shopping mall on Black Friday (the day after Thanksgiving) who will come to them instead for facetime with Palin.

"We've already got people asking to camp out," Kelly Black, Mardel's marketing director, told USA TODAY. (Continues here)
