Biking Obama's messages?

ABC News' Sunlen Miller reports: Hoping to engage a “non-traditional” global audience the tech-savvy Obama administration has crafted a new strategy to disseminate President Obama’s foreign speeches.
Using SMS texting, social networking sites, free move theater screenings and yes, even bike messengers, the administration has strategies on how best to distribute speeches like Obama’s high profile speeches in Cairo, Moscow and the most recently this past Saturday in Ghana, to an audience who normally would not be able to watch.
Judith Michale, Undersecretary of State for Public Diplomacy and Public Affairs, told reporters today that the administration is teaming up with the State Department to combine old media and new media to create a strategy to reach the most people possible.
