Sarah Palin is weighing in for the first time on New Jersey’s Governor Chris Christie’s Bridgegate scandal Friday — not on Fox News or her Facebook page, but on Inside Edition. Palin called it “a pretty atrocious act, to snarl traffic,” adding “What an inconvenience, what a dangerous situation.”
At the same time, Palin said what Christie’s office did is “nothing compared to what some leaders in our White House have engaged in and covered up,” citing the NSA surveillance programs and the attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi, Libya as examples of more egregious “scandals.”
But she doesn’t see a double standard in the media due to Christie’s conservative politics. “Even if Chris Christie were a Democrat, people would still be very, very outraged to find out that bureaucrats were involved in messing up people’s schedules and lives via power plays,” she said.
Palin spent Friday morning at the Television Critics Association conference in Pasadena, California, where she previewed her new reality show Amazing America, set to debut on the Sportsman Channel in April. (Continues + video )

No matter who the republican, no matter what they say, they also have to use the word Benghazi.
In response, I think its important to remind all that 22 veterans commit suicide EVERYDAY in the United States, and that makes Benghazi a moot point because in theory all of us could do more since the veterans are among us.
So, maybe the republican politicians could less single minded about Benghazi until veteran suicides drop a bit per day, no?
