Marco Rubio tells it like it is to Dem Senator who praised Cuba's regime

Upon returning from a trip to Cuba, Sen. Tom Harkin (D-IA) appeared on the floor of the U.S. Senate and delivered a speech praising the Cuban government for what he called their advanced health care system and socialized education system.
